When I lived in Ransom Place, at least we had the Safeway (or whatever it was that's now Staples) to grab some eggs or milk if you really needed it. Now we have no choice but O'Malias (though I have been making a recent habit of hitting Constantino's on Saturdays).CorrNDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15371462855078578516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10704477.post-49783259059961582092008-03-14T23:42:00.000-04:002008-03-14T23:42:00.000-04:00The real estate representative for whole foods is ...The real estate representative for whole foods is a regular customer of ours and he happened to be in tonight. I asked him if the new whole foods project was in jeapordy. He told me with confidence that the project is very much moving forward. My understanding from what I've read is that while they will roll some Whole Foods products into the Wild Oats stores, they're not changing the names and concepts over.

Whole Foods grocery stores are much bigger -- and frankly, higher end -- than Wild Oats and offer a much wider range of foods.
