Where O Where is the Fresh Market?

Anyone have any info on the former Atlas site at 54th and College? Last I heard, the Fresh Market deal was still on, but now that the land is cleared, they're not building anything.

Anyone know what the ETA is for opening?

    Kite appears to be using their timeless "Glendale strategy" with the Fresh Market location.
