Spanish Wines and Food at Creation Cafe

If you're looking for something to add to your calendar for tonight, the fine folks over at Kobrand have put together a Spanish wine tasting with Chef Brad Gates. (The menu card says Euphoria, but I'm told the tasting will be downstairs at Creation Cafe.) Sure, it's raining, but what better excuse to stay inside and plan for summer... Mmmm. Summer! Besides, at $30, the price is right.

Try Paella, Grilled Prawns, and Idiazabal (smoked raw sheep's milk cheese) with the Don Olegario Albarino. Next, gazpacho with Gran Feudo Rosado. Then a torta, manchego, and vanilla flan with the Poema Cava Brut. Lastly, choirzo, beef kebabs, and murcia al vino with Vina Salceda Crianza, the Reserva, and Abadia Retuerta Seleccion Especial.
