Open That Bottle Dinner!

Today's WSJ reminds us all about their favorite annual ritual on the last Saturday in February, the Open That Bottle Dinner! This year's night falls on Saturday, Feb 25. OTBD is the perfect chance to get together with friends and open that bottle that you've been saving -- and saving -- and saving -- for a special occasion. It may have gone over or it may be really interesting. Either way, as they say, it's about the memories and the stories behind the wine.

Today's issue has more details and their 10 rules for handling old wines successfully. They also ask folks to get together, open their wine and share their experiences.
