Pork Winner for Oakley's!

Tom Smith, chef de cuisine at Oakley's Bistro, recently returned from the National Pork Council's Taste of Elegance with the Superior Chef award. Tom was the Indiana winner carrying on the torch for Chef Steven Oakley. He competed this year at the national event on April 18 in Orlando, Florida. Nice work, Tom! The winner, by the way, was Glenn Soulia from The Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michael, MD.
