New "Gastro" Pub in Broad Ripple

I never like to blog on new places right when they open since, frankly, in Indy, they're usually a chain or a miss. But I'm hearing good things about Brugge in Broad Ripple. Have tried it yet but will. In the meantime, the Indy Star goes a bit more indepth and explains their concept.
