Local Chefs Get Letters

At least one top local chef says he's received "hate mail" protesting his practice of serving foie gras. And apparently he's not the only local chef who's heard from these folks. Hello? This is Indiana where they eat all the weird parts of a pig. If you don't like goose or duck liver, don't eat it or don't go to restaurants that serve it. (And if you think the conditions are inhumane, you better start protesting against chicken and pork as well.)

Says the chef: "I'd take it a lot more seriously if they didn't misspell 'foie gras'."
