Join Slow Food Indy and the Hoosier Environmental Council as they screen Deborah Koons Garcia film The Future of Food. The film is an indepth look at unlabeled, patented, genetically engineered foods that we already eat every day. The Future of Food also examines market and political forces that are changing what we eat, the multinational corporations that control national and global food systems, and the organic and sustainable alternatives to large-scale agriculture.

Diamond in the Rough Sale
Mark your calendar for this popular wine sale. Jim Arnold lines up wines distributors who are liquidating, discontinuing (sometimes for something as simple as a new label), moving out, or overstocking wines of all varieties. Come ready to find some gems -- and buy by the case. Bring a friend and split your order -- it's a great way to stock up for the holidays.
