Meanwhile, at the Salone du Gusto

I haven't seen any reports yet, but blogger and slow food evangelist Christine Barbour along with Bloomington chefs Dave and Kristin Tallent (Restaurant Tallent) are currently in Torino, Italy for the Salone Internazional du Gusto presented by Italy and the international slow food movement. They have some pretty amazing culinary tours lined up after the event and are due back in the US in a couple of weeks. More information on their trip at My Plate or Yours.
