Dine, Salads, and Work
Hey, kids, I haven't forgotten about you. It's been a busy week! Yesterday, I took the afternoon off and judged Indy's Best Of... for Indianapolis Dine magazine. The theme? Sandwich spread salads. And man, did we taste a bunch of them. We worked our way through more than 40 egg, tuna, and ham salads (plus one seafood salad and a pimento cheese spread) scoring each on a 100 point scale as we went. I'm taking today off to have lower my cholesterol from all the mayo.
I'll have lots of goodies for you in the next few days. And a oven baked potato chips on the agenda for the weekend. In the meantime, it's Friday. Eat something!
