Quiz Answer

A traditional dip of chopped olives, capers and anchovies is a tapenade. A caponata is a hearty dish, similar to ratatouille where the veggies are all cooked then combined together at the end. It can be mixed with olives, capers and herbs and served as a salad or "dip" but ultimately, it's vegetable based with eggplant, tomato and peppers (similar to a Spanish "pisto".) 85% got it right.
