Dale and CJ in Chicago

Amuse Biatch reports that CJ (tall guy from last season's Top Chef) is moving to Chicago to help open Dale's new restaurant, Town and Country. (Dale is the guy with the funny hair from last season's Top Chef). (Dale is also dating Jack from the most recent Project Runway.) Plus, Ilan Hall is opening a tapas truck in LA.
