Tuesday Night Decadence and Champagne
This is what I had for dinner last night. Really skillfully paired and some incredibly well thought out and executed dishes. (Working on my dinner/wine pairing notes now.)

Since hearing about this dinner from Neil (as you know, we didn't show up unannounced with a bottle of Salon... but we thought about it!), I've been dying to hear how it went! The menu looks fabulous
