Terra Madre Delegates Notified
Word is beginning to trickle out as Terra Madre delegates receive their notifications. So far we hear Chefs Neal Brown (L'explorateur), Christopher Eley (Goose, the Market), and Thom England (Ivy Tech) will be heading to Turin, Italy for the international Slow Food fest in October. At least one of Chef Thom's students was accepted as well. A full list is on its way.

Where is Chef England from? I know Neal is from L'Ex and Chris is from Goose.
Chef Thom England is one of the top culinary educators in the city having been largely responsible for the culinary program at Ivy Tech. He's a huge advocate of local and seasonal cooking and eating and been largely responsible for the resurgence of Slow Food Indy's convivium in the past year or so.
