Guigal Wine Dinner at Tallent

If you know much about French wines, you'll have run across the producer Guigal. Known as one of the best producers of single vineyard Cotes Rhotie, this small family vineyard and their tiny team produce some of the best quality wines in the Rhone. Led by son Phillipe Guigal, these wines are some of the best the Rhone has to offer. While it would be great to meet the winemaker in person, we'll have to settle for Dave Tallent's cooking instead -- which isn't much of a sacrifice, really.
