Growing the Empire de Chou

Look for the northside Petit Chou to open the week of March 9 at Clay Terrace. Executive chef Tyler Herald, a mainstay in the farmer's market scene, will oversee the opening -- and introduce their new dinner service. The location has been in the works for a while, but in this economic climate, it's great to hear *someone* is spending money. Go, Martha.
