The Atlas Saga Continues

In the ongoing saga of Marsh and the old Atlas grocery site at 54th and College, the lastest installment features the grocery chain denying rumors that the property has sold. IndyChannel (RTV 6) is reporting that the neighborhood association says a sale is "imminent" while Marsh says the rumors are not true. Actually, the Marsh spokesperson says "we have no deal." Everyone in the neighborhood seems to have an idea for the derelict site, although no real or even proposed plans have been announced by Marsh or any other developer. More from Indychannel.
