Dry Aging Beef at Home

Yes, the rumors or are true, given enough time, space, and a high threshold for potential grossness, yes, you, too, can dry-age beef at home. From meganut come these two links. I haven't tried them (nor am I due to anytime soon) but it has potential for a wintertime project.
