Three Latest and Best

Lunch at L'Explorateur: Last week, I wanted to try the fish tacos, but the server talked me into the pork tenderloin. It was a good choice. Thin slices of tender pork loin with a tangy mustard, and dill pickles all on perfectly toasted bread. Like all the best parts of a Cuban sandwich. Make sure you try the potage du jour du laboratoire. Mine was the freshest and best gazpacho. Delish!

Valentino's in Nashville: Tennessee, that is. Dinner at this apparent institution included a spectacular veal saltimbocca, amazing tiramisu (done in a rolled cake), and a rich barollo. And at the end? Why, limoncello, of course!

Best Grits Ever: When you're on the road, there's nothing that beats a big breakfast no matter what time of day, even if it's from Cracker Barrel. Along with the eggs, bacon, and hashbrown casserole, this one came with some of the best grits I've ever had. Why can't I get mine to be that creamy? With a little butter, oh, so good.

Do you get your food pretty quick during Lunch at L'Explorateur? I want to try it sometime for Lunch, but only have a limited amount of time.

It's not fast food and I had two courses, but it's not pokey either. I'll be if you let the server know you only have 45 minutes (or whatever) that they'll accomodate you.

Thanks for the response. I work at Keystone at the Crossing and have an hour for lunch, so I should be able to make it.
