American Raw Milk Cheese Tasting

Here's a little more information on the American Raw Milk Cheese Tasting from the Slow Food Presidia. From Capriole's flyer: From Vermont to California and everywhere in between, American cheesemakers are producign raw milk, artisan cheeses that sit comfortable next to the best of Europe. Some of these cheese makers have created a Slow Food Presidia which defines basic methods and goals of production. The October 8 tasting will include raw milk cheeses from Vermont Shepherd, Jasper Hill, Meadow Creek, Rogue Creamery, Kenny's Country Cheese, Trader's Point Creamery, Capiole, and others with accompaniments from Amber MCool of The Patron, Louisville, KY.
