Prix Fixe Thursdays at Oakleys Bistro

Oakley's is trying something new on Thursday evenings with Chef de Cuisine Tom Smith. Tom (who makes his own bacon so we love him) has won both the Indiana and national Pork Producers Association competitions and is generally Steve's right hand man in the kitchen. Tom is now offering a three-course, $25 fixed price menu on Thursdays with a different theme each week. They all sound good but I'm pretty sure I'll be in for Oct 5 and 12. The menus?
