Rick Bayless Comes to Town

It's a month away, but here's something to put on your calendar anyway. From the WFYI newsletter, Rick Bayless is visiting Indianapolis, Saturday, December 2. Word is he'll do a cooking demonstration and sign copies of his latest book, Mexican Everyday. If you're out shopping, maybe you'll even get to taste a treat! Bayless, in case you're wondering, is a well-known chef, cookbook author, and authority on all things involving Mexican cooking. Those of you in Chicago will know him for his eponymous Frontera -- and his newest venture Topolobambo. (I just like *typing* "topolobambo".) His latest television show, Mexico -- One Plate at a Time, airs on PBS (WFYI).
