Ahh, last minute cancellations. After turning folks away all week, Chef Ryan Nelson has four slots open for his quarterly cooking class at the restaurant tomorrow. He'll be demonstrating five dishes including his signature crab cakes and chocolate mousse. (Not *together*, silly.) You'll even get to eat your results -- paired with wines.
