International Culinary School Looking for Instructors

Here in Indianapolis, we’re lucky to have three thriving culinary education programs. The fastest growing, you might not know is Chef Marc Aquilara’s International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Indianapolis on the north side (at the Pyramids). With a beautiful new facility, this program offers associates degrees in culinary and pastry cheffing, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality.

Fast growing means great opportunity. Program director Chef Marc (a talented MBA-holding chef who once worked for the French President) is looking for qualified chef instructors with culinary degrees and AAs or BA's to teach. Interested in teaching pastry? Or technique? I'm horribly late getting the word out for the start of term in January. But if you're interested in teaching later in the summer or next fall, post here or email me and I'll be happy to put you in touch with Chef Marc.
