Have you heard if the Legal beagle is still open? Went by there about a week ago and it looked awful closed.

Review Policy
I am not a paid blogger. I'm not a marketer and do not represent any of the restaurants, chefs, products, or services on which I blog. I don't review for food. I do sometimes attend media events with local food writing colleagues (and will disclose it), but if it's bad, I will say say so (or not mention it at all.) I don't announce my visits. I don't do positive-only reviews. I am not paid by any restaurants or chefs. I do revisits at my own discretion and from my own budget. I just called and got no response which is weird for 6 p.m. on a week day.
I was going to make that my Cheers since it is on my block, so I went down there, and it said they closed to move next door. It was supposed to open in October. Now there is a sign for a law firm at the original Beagle. The new Beagle space has restaurant equipment stacked up. Hopefully they reopen.
Same old story-rent went through the roof, and they had to move.
It had a good pub burger, but the service really deteriorated before the move. Let's hope it comes back renewed.
