Taste of Elegance Today

Ten of the cities best chefs will be bringing their piggy A-game (we hope) to the Indiana Roof Ballroom this evening for the Indiana Taste of Elegance, the annual pork cooking competition from Indiana Pork (in conjunction with the Indiana Soybean Alliance and the Indiana Corn Marketing Council.) I'll have the full skinny (not!) for you today as we're hoping to taste some really amazing dishes. Several Indiana chefs have moved on to win -- or do very well -- at the national level. Piggy Salut!
