Bon Anniversaire to the venerable RBistro celebrating 8 years in business on Thursday. Celebrating seasonal ingredients, local when possible, and an ever-changing (like clockwork each week), RBistro is one of our independent success stories. Kudos for Regaina delivering consistently great food and making her concept work.

Kudos indeed! One of the best meals I've had in town was at R Bistro. Such attention to detail and flavors.
I wish that R. Bistro would open another restaurant in the former Bistro De Paris in Carmel. Congrats on the anniversary!
