Walgreen's Proposed for Ex-Atlas Site

Kite Realty Group Trust was expected to close on the old Atlas site at 54th and College by the end of last year. (This from the neighborhood association, not Marsh, the lot's seller.) Kite has told the group they plan two structures for the lot -- one for Walgreen's and one for two additional commercial tenants. No word on who or what those tenants might be. (From IBJ.)
