It's the Invasion of Sandwiches!

IBJ reports in this week's issue that we'll soon see three new franchise sandwich shops in the Indy area: Earl of Sandwich (18 stores in the next 9 years), Firehouse Subs (30 Central Indiana locations coming), and Cousins Subs (15 in the next 5 years). Earl of Sandwich wants to be the "Starbucks of the sandwich world". Oh, so much snark, so little time.
