Indy's Ultimate Chef 2006

I missed it *again* this year, but Scott Hutcheson gives a taste-by-taste report . For those not familiar with the event, it's an Iron Chef style competition held each year as a fundraiser for Second Helpings. Four chefs compete using a mystery ingredient announced the night of the event. This year's winner? Chef Diedre Henry of Taste Cafe and Marketplace.
