St. Elmo's to Open New Restaurant Downtown

Inside Indiana Business is reporting that St. Elmo's Steakhouse will open a new, upscale restaurant in Circle Center Mall called Harry and Izzy's. The new place will go in at the corner of Georgia and Illinois and will be open for lunch and dinner.
