Total Yogurt with Honey

Lots to catch up on as soon as I'm done eating. My latest craze? FAGE Total Greek Yogurt from Trader Joe's. Full fat (32 g of saturated fat, holy cow!), the consistency of cream cheese, good and sour, but still very creamy. Plus, each container comes with its own little pot of honey built right in.

You can mix the honey in or eat it in little bites of creamy goodness. As good as food gets.

Beware: They don't have it all the time so when you see it, stock up. Also, the TJ's brand of Greek yogurt isn't nearly as good.
