Winter Farmer's Market
Popped over to the new Winter Market at 25th and Central last Saturday. While I would have liked to have seen more fresh produce (yes, I know it's winter), it was still a treat to see a who's who of market folk. Here's a shout out to Erin (City Mouse/Country Mouse) with her fabulous cheese balls and spreads, Rosa Hanslits with her fresh Nicole-Taylor's Pasta, the folks from Seldom Seen Greens (diakon radishes), and the wonderful Brett Canaday from New Day Meadery. Plus a host of syrup, honey, and other producers. Once it doubles in size, it will be a can't miss draw.
